Pencil lets AI assistants draw. It's a remote MCP server: your assistant sends drawing instructions, Pencil renders them and sends the picture back, so the assistant can see what it made and fix it. Every drawing is saved as an editable SVG and a PNG.

Server address: https://api.vyndigital.com.au/mcp

Connect Pencil to Claude

  1. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
  2. Name it Pencil and paste https://api.vyndigital.com.au/mcp as the URL.
  3. Click Connect. A Pencil page opens: log in with your Pencil account, and you're connected. No account yet? Sign up free first.

Then just ask, for example: "Use Pencil to design a logo for my bakery."

Connect Pencil to other AI apps

Any assistant that supports remote MCP servers can use Pencil. Apps that support OAuth log in the same way as Claude. Apps that use a key instead: create a key in your dashboard and add Pencil like this:

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "pencil": {
      "type": "http",
      "url": "https://api.vyndigital.com.au/mcp",
      "headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer pnl_your_key" }
    }
  }
}

In Claude Code, the same in one line:

claude mcp add --transport http pencil https://api.vyndigital.com.au/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer pnl_your_key"

Things to try

Your drawings

Everything you draw is in your dashboard, ready to download as a PNG or an editable SVG. You own your drawings. You can delete any of them, or your whole account, at any time.

Plans

Your first 10 drawings are free. Pro is $28 USD a month for 100 drawings a day. Looking, checking and reading drawings back are free.

Disconnect

Remove Pencil in your app's connector settings. To cut off every connected app at once, use Log out everywhere in your dashboard, or change your password.
